How to make Burger ๐Ÿ” at Home

Ingredients:

- 500g floor pork or fowl
- 1 egg (non-obligatory for binding)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to flavor
- 1 tsp paprika or chili powder (non-obligatory)
- 4 burger buns
- Cheese slices (non-obligatory)
- Lettuce, tomato, onions (for toppings)
- Ketchup, mustard, mayo, or any preferred sauces
- Cooking oil or butter

Instructions:
        
1. **Prepare the Patties:**
- In a bowl, mix the floor meat, onion, garlic, egg (elective), salt, pepper, and paprika or chili powder.
