π Ingredients:π
- 1 cup macaroni- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- half of cup bell peppers, carrots, peas (elective, finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- half of teaspoon red chili powder (modify to flavor)
- half of teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup (or tomato sauce)
- Salt to flavor
- Water for boiling
- Grated cheese (optionally available for garnish)
- Fresh coriander for garnish
π Instructions:π
1. Boil the Macaroni:
- In a huge pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Add macaroni and prepare dinner as per the package deal commands (usually round 8-10 mins) till smooth however company.
